Yes, the Writease app is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android). It works especially well on tablets with stylus support.

The notetaking canvas works fully offline. You can write notes and access all previously generated AI results — summaries, flashcards, mindmaps — without any internet connection. Generating new AI results does require an active internet connection. You can back up your notes to the cloud whenever you're online.

You can sign in using your Google Account or Apple ID. No separate password is required.

Yes. Your notes are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app. Go to your Profile → Settings → Delete Account. See our step-by-step guide for details. This action is irreversible.

Writease offers three tiers:

• Free — full notetaking canvas + 10 AI analyses per month, no card required.
• Pro Monthly — $5/month, unlimited AI analyses and all 20+ tools.
• Pro Annual — $40/year, same as Pro Monthly at 33% off.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from within the Writease app. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

Paid subscription periods are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, but the time already paid for cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for full details and exceptions.
